The lunch rush, engineered.
A digital canteen platform covering both sides of the counter — ordering for staff, and menu, queue and fulfilment management for the people running the kitchen.

Decisions that shaped it.
Two products, one system
The ordering experience and the kitchen console are designed together, so an order placed at a desk and a ticket on a kitchen screen are always the same object.
Designed for the peak
The interface is tuned for the forty minutes a day that actually matter. Ordering is a small number of taps; the kitchen view is readable from arm's length.
Operations you can see
Menu availability, order volume and fulfilment state are surfaced as live operational signal rather than buried in reports.
