03Pet Care / Consumer ProductMobile Product

Everything a pet needs, remembered in one place.

A centralised pet-care companion. Vaccination schedules, deworming, vet visits and pet records live in one calm timeline — so owners stop keeping it in their heads, and in photographs of paper cards.

01The problem

Pet owners keep vaccination dates, deworming cycles, vet visits and medical history across paper cards, camera rolls and memory. The information only matters at the exact moment it cannot be found.

02The approach

We modelled the pet — not the appointment — as the centre of the product. Every record hangs off an animal's profile, and every record knows when it is due again.

03The craft

A soft, warm system with a single sage accent so health states read instantly: due, overdue, done. Cards give way to a continuous timeline, because care is a sequence rather than a list.

04The outcome

A pet-care product owners actually maintain, because logging takes seconds and the app does the remembering.

Decisions that shaped it.

01

Records that become reminders

Every entry carries a schedule. Logging a vaccination is what creates the next reminder — the record and the prompt are the same object, so nothing drifts out of sync.

02

Built for more than one animal

Multi-pet households are the norm, not an edge case. Switching between pets is a first-class gesture rather than a settings screen.

03

Legible under pressure

The screens people open at a vet's counter — history, weight, last dose — are the ones optimised for a single glance.
